My cold winter favorites.

Hello Everyone!

As the temperature and leaves begins to drop, winter starts to make its way. We say farewell to our shorts and hello to jacket season. The cold weather always makes me want to stay indoors, cuddle with tons of blankets and read a good book. Today’s post, I thought I would share my cold winter favorites this year:

Topshop Teddy Robe

While doing my online shopping, I came across a Teddy Robe from Topshop. I have been needing a new robe so I figured why not try it out. I am so glad I made that decision. The robe feels like you’re having a cuddle with a blanket. If you’re looking for a Christmas gift to get someone, you need to get them this. Note: no teddy bears were harmed when making this robe.

Hot Apple Cider

Drinking hot apple cider is the perfect mate for this season. I have not had the time to find or create a homemade apple cider so I did what any other person would do. I found pre-made packages from Fresh and Easy; it’s pretty good and I add a cinnamon stick to mine. I would like a good apple cider recipe though, so if you want to share send it my way!

Twinkly Lights

I am like any other basic girl who loves their twinkly lights. Twinkly lights are not just adorable but they make your home feel cozy. Since this is the season to have cuddles, twinkly lights are a must. I have some on my balcony but this year I decided to add some in the fire place. I got mine at Target; make sure you have enough lights or you’ll need to get another set. What I really like about these is they are battery power lights so it is a lot easier to place in my fireplace.

Shiseido Eye Cream

I love the cold weather but I absolutely hate what it does to my skin. The skin around my eyes gets dried out, making my eyes irritrated and difficult to blink. The harsh weather also makes me look like I have crows feet (I do not have crows feet just fyi). I love using Shiseido Benefiance eye cream for this weather; I know it is an anti wrinkle cream but here me out. This cream is super lightweight and extremely hydrating. Just a dab of cream will do the trick. I will warn you, it is a bit pricy but it is worth it.

That’s all I have for you today… If you liked this post and would like to see more of my favorites, make sure to comment below! Also, if you have a good apple cider recipe please please please send it my way! 🙂 I hope everyone is doing well during this season.

*Just fyi the two pictures are not mine but is the rightful owner of Topshop and Sephora.
