Product Review: Turvani Tea

It’s been too long since I’ve done a blog post! I know I said I was going to do two posts a week but I think for my own sanity, I’m going to do one a week… For now. I have some exciting things planned so please keep your eyes out!

I received a package of loose leaf tea from a lovely tea company called Turvani. We all know that I consider myself a tea connoisseur; some people need their cup of joe in the morning, I need tea. I’ve been looking for a new type of tea to try and Turvani saved the day!

Turvani was kind enough to not just send one bag of loose leaf tea, but THREE! They sent me Assam Golden Tips, Early Grey and Organic Pinhead Gunpowder. Out of the three teas, I think my favorite is the Organic Pinhead Gunpowder. I grew up drinking the Yamamoto Green tea with brown rice and the Organic Pinhead Gunpowder tastes exactly like that!

I will say though, I am loving the Assam Golden Tips tea. It’s a black tea that has a rich taste to it. It kinda smells like Monks blend. It’s good how it is but to give it a sweeter taste, I added coconut milk and some coconut sugar into mine. Side note: I want to point out their packaging; I love the minimalist style (duh, look at my blog’s layout!) and it pairs perfectly with their website.
